News Site Launch - Central Virginia All-Hazards Incident Management Team

Linked Responder LLC is pleased to announce the launch of our latest site, The Central Virginia All-Hazards Incident Management Team (CVAHIMT) is a Type 3 All-Hazards Incident Management Team serving greater Central Virginia and the Commonwealth. They also respond nationally and internationally upon request, providing a trained and qualified team capable of supporting and assisting in the management of planned events, natural and man-made disasters, complex emergencies, and acts of terrorism.

We developed a Deployment Notification system for the team to quickly alert their members of both emergency and scheduled deployments. A personnel availability system lets the team's administration know ahead of time what personnel are available and automated emails are sent with critical incident information when the team is deployed. With integrated text and multimedia messaging, team members assigned to a deployment are able to quickly send information updates and photos to the command post. And all data is refreshed in real-time on screen.

The team struggled to keep all of their members in the loop so we developed a comprehensive email and text messaging system to help keep everyone connected. Group email and text messaging allows authorized users to quickly send a message to a group, individual, or the entire agency. Delivery status may also be tracked in real-time, allowing administrators to see who is opening emails and spot any delivery problems. Many emails are also personalized with user data, allowing the recipients to click on a button to mark as available for a deployment or to RSVP for an event.

While personnel information is important to an IMT, equipment is also an essential component. We developed a Green, Yellow, and Red status system for the team's equipment. A quick glance at each category will notify members if all items are in service (green), require attention (yellow), or out of service (red). Members may also review the history of an item to view information about previous issues, when they were reported, and by whom.

We hope that CVAHIMT is the first of many Incident Management Teams that we serve across the nation. If you are interested in learning more about the solutions we developed for this agency, or if you would like a quote on a similar site, please email us as
